Hotel is in disrepair. Numerous things showing their age. Handful of chairs outside at pool and beach. Tripping hazards everywhere. Gym in separate area smelt disgusting. Checked out after one night. So unhappy. Looked nothing like website pictures.

The hotel was fine, however it is under renovation. The noise was terrible and sounded like they were drilling through the walls. Wish they wouldn't have started so early with guests right below.

We only spent one night but we loved it! There's a little beach and a great tiki bar where we met some very nice people. Our room was fine; clean & convenient to everything. Plenty of parking. We'll stop again next time we are in the area!

The staff were amazing and provided great customer service. The room was clean, bed was comfortable to sleep on. It needs some renovations and they have already started the process. I would stay there again.

Tv remote didn’t work but they replaced it quickly. Internet signal never reached our room. Had to go to lobby. Breakfast was included and very good. Also parking included while most places charge $40 but don’t mention it up front. When they say parking available, you can assume $40.

Well kept property. One word, Iguana. Lots of them. It was my first encounter with them..lol. Everything was good except the bee. The room I was in, the bed was well worn on the right side. You could tell just by looking at it. Could feel the springs. Tried sleeping on other side but lumpy as the material moved that way. It was room 131. Excellent view and room.

The room was beautifully renovated, and the staff couldn't have more pleasant. We especially loved the pool and nearby Tiki Bar with a great selection and convenient service. There are also a beach and a seawall for viewing wildlife, like the group of manatees playing literally feet away. The real surprise was dinosaur (iguana) feeding early afternoon with more than twenty in attendance including Tigger, the huge yellow showstopper. everyone we met was floored by these last accoutrements that you just don't see anywhere else.
