This 3-bedroom townhome is perfect for your Key Largo escape to relaxation. The spacious top floor bedroom features a king bed and large flat screen TV. With marina and ocean views, lots of space plus large balcony, it's a great place for your work-out, free weights and yoga mat are included. The adjacent bathroom has a jetted tub bath and shower and double sink vanity and connects to a dressing area with a large mirror, toilet and bidet and lots of storage.
There is a walk-in closet on this level as well.
The second level is the main living area and is light and airy with a modern kitchen, comfy sofa, custom-built dining table and another large flat screen tv. The two bedrooms on the second level both have queen beds and flat screen TV's. One bedroom has a pull-out twin trundle bed perfect for kids. The balcony is the spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in the marina and ocean views.
The ground floor rec room has a 75" Smart TV, Ping pong table, full bath and washer and dryer and opens onto a patio with a gas barbeque grill where guests relax and take in the marina vibes. The unit includes a boat slip with lift for up to 30' vessels. it's convenient location makes it ideal for loading and unloading guests and gear for your boat outing on the crystal clear waters of the Atlantic ocean. The marina has a boat ramp and plenty of parking for trailers.
It's only a short walk to the community pool, tennis and pickleball court, half basketball court and putting green. Ocean front Chickee huts provide a shady and breezy place to enjoy Golden Hour at the water's edge. Kayaks are available on a community dock and the unit includes two stand-up paddle boards.
