HOUSE: Modern-contemporary décor with comfort throughout the house and patio.  PRIVATE PATIO: Relax in the 8 x 12, salt-filtered, heated POOL with 5 jets, underwater LED lights and seating. Enjoy the waterfront, travertine patio with BBQ, loungers, sofas and a coffee/wine table. There is an outdoor dining area for 8 people.
FISHING: A 45 ft. dock located on a 100ft wide canal with the Atlantic and Gulf minutes away via Vaca Cut. Dockside electric hook-up, wash down hose, outdoor shower, cutting table, and bait freezer will allow easy prep/clean-up.
ENTERTAINMENT: Leather, power reclining seating for 4- 6 people. 65 in. smart TV with cable TV. All bedrooms have cable TV. High speed WIFI through property included.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances. Small appliances include coffee and tea maker, latte and espresso machine, panini press grill, toaster, and complete cookware. Dining room with waterfront view and seating for 8.

Property and location is great, amazing house, there is no need to visit the cabana club when you have this Property.There was no communication on Check in/out process, we were told they would call us to tell us where the keys were, never recieved a call.When calling the"host" on check in, there was no one that answered,or messaged us back. There was no check out procedures provided or povided when requested,compared to other hosts, the communication was very limited.I would come back to this location again, we had a group of 6

House is beautiful and has an excellent layout. Water pressure is excellent and the bathrooms were so pretty. The canal was easy to get to from the boat ramp and easy access to both the bay side and ocean side made boating much less stressful. We was a spotted ray in the canal several times and a manatee as well. Highly recommend this rental

Easy Vacation

Great location, close to restaurants and local activities such as fishing and scuba diving. We enjoyed the Cabana Club which was just down the road. We rented paddle boards and used them right off the dock. The house had plenty of room and the appliances were amazing.

To summarize: absolutely great vacation house, how can someone complain about being in Key Colony Beach?Awesome features: The pool right in the back yard A resident manatee paid us a visit The outdoor furniture is perfect Tons of parking with and without shade Kitchen island with stools Extra-large couch in living room Large dining table and chairs The location is perfect Annoyances: the two bedrooms that share a bath and cluttered with doors and the rooms are tight. One side of the much-needed closet is full of cleaning supplies and locked. There are VERY limited supplies in the house so you will need to go to the dollar store or publix to get paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, paper plates (if wanted), garbage bags, laundry soap etc. The plumbing acted up a bit and the first attempt of the plumber was temporarily successful, and the second attempt fixed the problem. The hallway toilet wouldn't flush and the shower in the master bedroom over-flowed and it went through the floor tiles and flooded the bathroom/bedroom. The management company was quick to respond, and the owners sent a cleaner to mop the floors after we put every towel we had on the floor. They also brought us clean towels. One of the bikes (there are 2) wasn't working and they sent a handyman who arrived within the hour, and had it fixed before we returned to the house.Looking back the annoyances nowhere near outweighed the amazing vacation we had staying at this cute house.

Amazing week in Key Colony Beach!!

This VRBO was perfect for our week stay! Spacious layout, great kitchen and good sized bedrooms with 2 updated baths. Cruiser bikes for riding around town and a two seater kayak perfect for enjoying Key Colony Beach from the water! Outdoor space is perfect for hanging out! Awesome pool, dining area, lounging spot and outdoor shower! All we had to do was unpack and enjoy! This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the keys! We will definitely be back!!

Great yard

Had a great and relaxing time loved that we were able to keep our boat there with us. The little pool was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Favorite thing was coffee in the morning sitting on the loveseats by the water.

Excellent Rental

The property is just as the pictures show. They have everything you need to enjoy your vacation there. We caught quite a bit fish out back. We enjoyed the beach and went to Key West for a day. We had a great time! We will be back.
