This spacious, 1650 square foot, 3 bedroom/3 bath, tri-level townhouse offers a great open floor plan in the second-floor living room, kitchen, and dining space. Sit at the counter or nestle into the oversized sofa and enjoy the warmth from the river rock gas fireplace. The living room area offers a 32-inch flat-screen TV with streaming/cable and Blu-ray. There are only a few basic cable channels. The dining table seats 6 and there is access to a deck off the living area with tables, chairs, and a gas grill.

The ground level has a one-car garage, a stacked washer/dryer, and one guest room. This bedroom has twin beds, a 26-inch flat-screen TV with cable, and an adjoining full bathroom with tub/shower, single vanity, and slate counters and floors. This floor also provides access to the oversized hot tub located at the end of the building.

The third level includes the master suite with a queen bed, a 26-inch TV with cable, wireless internet, a river rock gas-burning fireplace, and mountain views. There is plenty of closet space and a master bathroom with double sinks, a shower and separate tub, heated slate floors, and alder cabinets.

Down the hall is the third bedroom with a king bed, a 20-inch TV with cable, and a private bathroom. This room has two twin beds, a 32-inch flat screen, and great natural light. The bathroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub.

This special rental is perfect for summer or winter. Unit is a short walk to Bald Mountain ski lifts, is located directly on the bike path, and is about 5 blocks from downtown Ketchum. This townhome is also equipped with central air conditioning for those rare hot summer days.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
