Very dated.. no toilet roll holder, bath/ shower turns into a footpath for a shower. No fridge or coffee or even a kettle. Lifts were quick, and right in the heart of Times Square. Certainly not worth the money they charge.. but it’s NY.. what can you do?

The property is charming and central for navigating Manhattan. The area is a little more corporate so there isn’t any of the charm you’ll find lower in Manhattan. The staff (except one woman) were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will stay again!
