Roomy living area, 2 bedrooms plus den with XL twin bed, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6. Handicap friendly, fully equipped, has whatever you need to cook a yummy meal. Large DVD movie selection. 2 block walk to the river, less than a mile to downtown. Quiet neighborhood you can hear the river from the patio table. Kernville has a award winning brewery about 2mi. from the house. Kernville is approx. 25 miles from Trail of 100 giants (Redwood forest).

The owners were very nice and easily to communicate with. The home interior was very old with 2 broken recliners and a fridge that didnā€™t keep our food or drinks cold.
