No bar and no restaurant open . They have a roof top bar that they don t ever open. Can u imagine being open from 5 till midnight at least Thursday thru Saturday and the revenue generated? It is either poor policy or just poor management st this hotel not to utilize profitable opportunities. Wonder how long hotel will stay open, since it continues to change hands over the years

Francis and her staff like Maegan gave me Ritz Carlton service. Of course I get that all the time because at this hotel that's the attitude your going to get. Very tight ship.

Only queen beds, no king beds

My issue is the "king beds" are all queen rooms. When i ask for it to be corrected i had a hard time changing rooms to find out every king room has a queen bed. 60inch is allot smaller then 76inch
