Driveway parking. 10 minutes or less to all that Kennett has to offer (breweries, restaurants, Longwood Gardens, etc.), 1/2 hour to Wilmington or UD, 1 hour to Philadelphia.

We live upstairs in a separate unit and you will hear footsteps in the morning before school and afternoons.

This is a charming 2 room (with bathroom) walk out apartment with a kitchenette (full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove top, etc.). It's a perfect spot for a couple to spend a few days exploring the area. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood that is about 5 minutes from downtown restaurants & 4 minutes from a full service grocery store.

Wonderful, Unique Lodging

I love how artistic and unique this lodging is! Owner is a mixed media artist and her unique artwork and eye are represented throughout the space. It was clean and very comfortable. Many extra amenities were in the space. I always enjoy a king size bed and it was very comfortable. Our extra guest slept well on the couch made into a bed easily. We had one issue, I've never encountered before with this type of lodging - we did not receive any check in information and the host was not responding. Fortunately, VRBO to the rescue! We got in with a code they gave us. I don't know if it was a VRBO issue or with the host. All went well after that and I would definitely stay again as we plan to return to Longwood Gardens for different seasons.

Artsy and comfortable place to stay

The house had everything we needed in the kitchen to make and reheat meals, and the bed was comfortable and could be separated from the living area by a sliding door. We also liked the artistic decor!
