While the room was clean there wasn’t any air conditioning, no fan in the room, it is t a wheelchair accessible facility, no luggage carts, no access to a water fountain nor ice. The staff that was there when we arrived was nice but certainly didn’t go above and beyond. The room was warm however we could open the patio doors to get some cool air in. We visited the property mid September. I would not recommend this facility for the warmer months. The elevator is quite a distance from the front lobby, our friend who was injured 2 weeks before our trip struggled getting to/from room. The TV was really small for the space and the mirror over the desk was useless since it was turned long way, you could only see yourself from about the hips down. We were also told that the only access point to/from the property was the Front lobby. The lobby was decorated eclectic and fun and the breakfast staff person was extremely nice.

The staff were very nice. A fan was provided in the room. Location was superb! Walkable to town and easy to get to many beautiful places, including the Beara Penninsula drive.

Ideal location, service leaves a lot to be desired

Hotel is in an ideal location. The food in the restaurant is quite nice. The room was comfortable. The reception staff have a strange manner and aren't particularly friendly. The staff in the restaurant are a mix between very friendly and rude. The underfloor heating in the bathroom of our room didn't seem to work. We're not sure the thermostat worked either. Our room was an adjoining room and we could hear the group next door quite well. The fire escape door outside our room was left propped open which created a cold breeze

We loved this hotel as a place to stay in Co Kerry. It’s conveniently located with an easy walk into the city centre. The hotel has great amenities, like a pool and spa, and the staff are very helpful.
