Staff was great. But the hotel wasn't completely pet friendly. The jet bath suite which is what we booked does not allow pets. So we chose not to stay. The front desk staff was great and we were not charged.

What a cute motel; very friendly. We’ve stayed at hotels all around Alaska over the past few weeks; this place is affordable and super cute!
