Good one night hotel

Found the hotel easily it’s not far off the motorway, there is a sign on the main road informing you the hotel is on the side road. Plenty of parking to check in, the lady on reception didn’t speak English but this wasn’t a problem (I don’t speak German) The hotel is ok and cleanliness is ok, there is a few shops over the road but no restaurants, the only restaurant that was said to be close wasn’t open (we stayed a Saturday night so would have thought it would be open) it’s a expensive hotel for the area it’s in and what’s local. Would stay here again

For 1-2 but not for 3 as advertised

We reserved a room for 2 adults & a 13 year old. When we arrived they had put a crib in it. It could not be changed till the next day. There was a man at the desk who spoke neither English or German. We are fluent in both languages. We tried to explain to him & thought that he would do what was needed. When we returned the next night there was no one at the desk & it was closed till the next day when we were leaving. The crib was gone but no bed. All 3 of us had to sleep in 2 twin beds pushed together. We didn’t do breakfast there as it was more expensive than at our other places on the trip.

If there is a bed and tv and shower and brekfast then eveything is fine for a standard person. You know it without my stories. Please don't ask these kind of questions anymore. If there is something I need more I contact the reception. It is that easy.

Scary place.

Check in took ages to completed despite I said many times I don't need an invoice. Room was like a Sauna and didn't really cool down. While I resting another guest managed to open my room with her key card which was very concerning. The strange old man at reception just shrugged it off.

Not recommended.

I arrived at 11pm. Check in was difficult because to access the key card I needed a code that hadn't been provided. I had to call to get it. Then the room had been set up with too few sheets so we had to call again to get those. The person who delivered them was very nice but it took him 20 mins to arrive (he was off site). The room also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was okay but not great.

Straightforward, and good service

No problems apart from one....noisy kids on my floor (school & soccer trips). However, the manager moved me to another QUIET room. No arguments, no conflict - straightforward. Customer is KING! That's what it's all about. Even problems get resolved without fuss. Excellent, enjoyed my stay.

Good if you have your own car

Hotel is in a very commercial area. There is a grocery store close by but nothing else. This is ok if you have a car or are just planning on sleeping. Can't beat the price though. The rooms were clean and the shower had good pressure and nice and hot. Hotel seems really new. Good for a one night stay i think.

Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war sehr unfreundlich und Lustlos. Im ganzen Haus roch es unangenehm nach Reinigungs- oder Desinfektionsmitteln. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr schlecht. Wir haben ca. 100 € für die Zimmer bezahlt. Und das sind sie absolut nicht wert. Entlang der A7 gibt es deutlich bessere und günstigere Hotels
