The hotel is amazing, there is always something to do and the evening entertainment is probably the best we've seen. The buffet restaurant has a large variety of foods to cater for everyone. I would say that some proper napkins would be nice though as only tissues are used, even in the A La Carte restaurant, which we felt took away from the 5* rating. There are plenty of bars around the hotel so you are never waiting long for a drink and also the bar staff were very accommodating and made other drinks that weren't on the menu. We did feel like the alcohol had been watered down significantly though. The pool was always just the right temperature, with the sea being just as warm.

It’s a very modern / clean hotel. However, food is the same every day, doesn’t change. They claim to have 6 restaurants but they again are the same food. Also all al le Carte places you had to pay extra. There is no special attention as it feels like a free for all.. too many guests and too busy. It was super hot but not much shaded areas and beach was not sand but pebbles. Overall modern but for an all inclusive there is better.

The VIP Expedia benefits didn’t work so that was a waste of time. Don’t believe anything that’s on the Expedia website. I tried to reach out to Expedia but that didn’t work. The chat bot is a waste of time and no number to call. The hotel was very busy, crowded and noisy. Meal times were almost dangerous with guests walking around with plates of hot food and loads of congestion and bottle necks and queuing. There was little choice on food, especially for veggie and pescatarian options. The kids club was fantastic, best we’ve ever been to. Kids club staff were great. Bar and Restaurant staff were on the whole poor. The beach pier bar staff would sit down on the floor to hide from customers, even when there were long queues. Expect to be ignored when you are waiting for service at the bars. The comfort duplex room was good for a family of 6. Which is quite hard to find. The pool area played awful music (same 10 euro pop songs on repeat) really loudly for the whole week. The entertainment programme was confusing and badly communicated. Staff didn’t know what was happening. The music continued until midnight and kept us awake. There were a lot of Russians who were intent on drinking as much as possible. Drinking games and bar pong shouting shot shot shot shot in the pool bar at 11am in the morning! Then there was a fight in the car park in the evening when we were there between the same Russians. It was a very strange atmosphere. I wouldn’t go back.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The place is very spacious, the platform above the sea was the best - we basically spent all the day on it. There were shows every evening and other entertainment activities. We got a family duplex which was great for a family of five. Lastly but not the least, the food was amazing lots of variety and delicious. We will come back again.

Beautiful property with large public spaces to accommodate everyone. The food options in the daily buffet were immense. As it felt like large cruise ship, hand washing stations or sanitation before entering the buffet should be required. The communication about daily activities should be on the TV in several languages. Also for a 5 star hotel, the towels were thin and dingy.

I’m writing to express my disappointment following a recent (and very brief) stay at your Kemer property. Before booking, we were impressed by the marketing and photography on Expedia and other platforms. The hotel was portrayed as modern, spacious, and luxurious — a peaceful resort ideal for relaxation. However, the reality upon arrival couldn’t have been further from that impression. What we encountered was a chaotic, overcrowded environment with none of the calm or quality promised in the online materials. The photos suggested wide, open spaces and high-end finishes, but in reality the hotel felt cramped, noisy, and far below the standard we were led to expect. It was so far removed from what had been advertised that we decided to check out the following morning and rebook elsewhere at our own expense. This experience felt like a clear case of false advertising, and it left us feeling misled and incredibly disappointed. I strongly urge your team to reassess the images and descriptions being used across platforms like Expedia — guests deserve a realistic portrayal of what they’re booking. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. For us, the experience fell far short of acceptable.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had

– Rude staff and terrible service Stayed from May 21–25, 2025, and had an awful experience. The first room was dirty with a terrible odor—reported it several times before anything was done. We lost most of a day waiting for a room change. Things got worse after checkout: we were harassed by hotel staff over a supposed unpaid charge that was never mentioned at the time. Turns out it was the receptionist’s mistake, but instead of owning it, they were extremely rude and even threatened to involve the police. Completely unacceptable behavior. Avoid this hotel.
