Great hotel but I think they need more staff When we got there, it was only one receptionist handling bar and queue of people checking in

Toilet almost fell off. Dog barking in the next room (they allowed us to change rooms, but seemed annoyed to do so). Generally just a very average stay. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there.
