We had a great one night stay here . The pool Is fun and easy for parents with young kids . The Hot-tub is right next to the pool which makes it convenient for parents to relax while the kids use the slide and pool . Very clean facility as well and friendly staff !

The room was lovely. We went with friends and were put in adjoining rooms, which was awesome! However, the room was so hot, we hardly slept! We did get someone in to look at the thermostat, but it didn’t fix anything. Being on the ground floor, I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping with the window open. I wouldn’t stay here again without ensure A/C working.

The staff was SOOO friendly and helpful in every way! The room was exactly what you would hope - clean, comfortable bed, plentiful plug-ins exactly where you want them, bright and dim bedside lights, eating/food prep space, etc. The pool and waterside was perfect for the kids. I will stay here every time I come to Kelowna!
