Vacker strand men tråkigt hotell

Uselt närområde, smutsigt och ruffigt och framförallt långt in till staden. Dålig service genomgående och få personer som pratar engelska. Fanns exempelvis ingen sammanställd lista med de aktiviteter som hotellet erbjuder och tider för aktiviteterna. Det bästa var stranden och maten, i övrigt erbjöd inte hotellet mycket aktiviteter och jag rekommenderar inte detta hotell för par eller personer utan barn då miljön är minst sagt högljudd/stojig. Majoriteten av gästerna var barnfamiljer och hotellet var anpassat efter deras behov. Ex barnskrik i hotell-korridorerna från ca. 07.30 -strax efter midnatt. Exempel på dålig service var när vårt vatten tagit slut kvällstid och man måste köpa vattenflaskor då vatten enbart erbjuds gratis i samband med måltiderna. Så vi gick till receptionen och frågade om vi kunde köpa en flaska vatten varpå vi fick ett nej pga att baren var stängd. Vi erbjöd pengar och att de kunde behålla växeln och slå in detta i kassan när baren öppnade igen - tyvärr fanns varken flexibiliteten eller viljan för detta. Så vi gick och lade oss i 35+ utan dricksvatten, olidlig natt och inte något man räknar med på ett fyrstjärnigt hotell med all inclusive. Jag är mycket missnöjd och kommer inte besöka hotellet igen.

Très bon hôtel, plage exceptionnelle...

Personnellement, je ne suis pas du tout un grand fan de ce type d'architecture hôtelière mais l'expérience a été finalement assez agréable. Malgré ses plus de 300 chambres, on n'a pas l'impression d'être dans une boite de sardine, là on avait l'impression d'être une vingtaine dans l'hôtel. C’est vraiment un hôtel fait pour se détendre et se reposer (pour ce qui est de la ville en elle-même, il n'y a pas grand chose à voir, juste un fort au sommet de la colline, avec à côté un café à la vue magnifique). Je pense qu'il ne lui manque vraiment pas grand chose pour mériter un 5 étoiles.

Paradise on Kelibia beach.

This luxury resort is next to one of the nicest beaches in Tunis. The holiday season hadn't started yet so it was quite calm. Rooms are big and everythings is well maintained. I had some troubles getting the airco started (I left my window open stupid me) and after a call to the reception a very friendly guy came to explain me everything. Diner was a buffet for only 40 Dinar. Service very kind. Several nice outdoor pools and direct access to the beach. I would defenitly go back.
