My apartment is a 2 room apartment with a bedroom bed 1.60m wide and 2m long.
A separate bathroom with shower-bathtub, washing machine and dryer.
In the living room I have a sofa bed that is 1.40m wide and 2m long.
There is also a small desk for working and a Smart TV.
Small dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave oven function.
And in summer a very nice terrace with an awning.

House rules:
Since this is an extremely quiet residential complex and it is in everyone's interest to maintain this condition, I politely ask you to be quiet both in the stairwell and in the apartment in order to respect the neighborhood.
Parties and inviting strangers are not permitted.

Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. If this is ignored, I reserve the right to charge additional fees and cancellations.

For guests staying with a (pet) dog, the rule applies that the (pet) dog is not allowed to sleep in the bed or on the couch. Failure to do so will result in an invoice.
For hygiene reasons this is not permitted. In rainy weather, please ensure the dog is clean and use the colorful dog towels provided in the hallway cloakroom.

In addition, we ask that you do not leave your (pet) dog alone in the apartment. Violations may result in additional cleaning costs, up to and including a full refund.
