This spacious property features two bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to four guests, ideal for families and friends travelling together. Equipped with modern appliances, the kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast for all the family. Alternatively, make the most of your time under the hot sun and fire up the barbeque grill! In the living room and dining area, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a television are sure to make your stay cool and comfortable.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. The terrace is mostly flat with non-slip tiles. There is also a small lawn area and 1 step down from the covered terrace to the poolside. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor. There are 17 steps to the first floor where the bedroom and bathroom doors are 90cm wide.
