This property overlooks the sandy coastline of Mounda turtle beach which is less than a kilometre away. A modern property built in 2018 features an open-plan living accommodation with patio doors leading out to the balconies, terrace and the fabulous pool area that front the spectacular views.
This stylish home offers three spacious bedrooms from which two of them are en suite and located on the 1st floor of the property. A spacious living room area with an open and fully equipped kitchen is found on the ground floor, the outdoor pool patio area boasts spectacular sea views along the coastline and across to the island of Zante. Great Property
The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner is responsive and accomodating. I'd definitely stay again!

Good points, the villa is brand new and internally was brilliant. Plenty of room, well layed out, could not fault it. Externally, there is much landscaping to be done to try to hide you from the main road, 10 metres from the pool and villa, some bushes either side would shield the villa until the last second. Pool not tiled so was a concrete grey and not very appealing. Easy 30 minute walk into skala but down the main road. Would use the villa again if all issues addressed.
