The property lies at the charming village of Mazarakata, which is growing in popularity due to its proximity to the capital of Kefalonia, and just a breath away from the most beautiful sandy beaches of Livathos. The house measures 110 m² on a plot of 600 m². On the ground floor of the house there is the living room, the dining room with fireplace, and a modern fitted kitchen room. Patio doors are leading to the charming garden with the stone fence walls and the covered veranda. The first floor comprises of two bedrooms and a bathroom and it enjoys views of the surrounding areas. The house features central heating and a parking. The garden has olive trees and flowers and there is a unique view to the St George Castle from the veranda on the first floor. Very safe enviroment for small kids.

Fantastic central location.

We have had a fantastic stay, at a very well equiped, spotlessly clean, and modern villa The location allowed us to visit all that kefalonia has to offer. The hosts made us very welcome and looked after all of our needs, and pointed us to some very good local taverners, beaches, and places to visit. Very highly recommended.

A modern, clean and peaceful property.

This was a delightful property with beaches, supermarkets and a fantastic restaurant all within an easy drive. The property was well equipped with several outside places to sit along with a lovely view of a nearby castle. The hosts were fantastic and did everything possible to make our stay a real pleasure. We would definitely stay at this property again if we ever returned to Kephalonia.

A very impressive and well equipped house let by a charming family

Our 11 day stay at the property was delightful. Our hosts were most helpful and generous and made our stay all the more pleasant. The house is large and airy and very well equipped with all one might need. It is constructed and furnished to a very high standard, quite private and surpasses its description on the website. We would highly recommend this property and would certainly choose to stay here should we visit the island again Many thanks to Alexandra and George Kind regards John and Patricia

Casa molto carina e dotata di ogni confort! Posizione comoda per qualsiasi spostamento! Ma soprattutto la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari (il nostro volo all’andata ha avuto un ritardo di 2 ore facendoci arrivare a mezzanotte a casa, mentre il giorno della partenza avevamo il traghetto per Zante alle 18 e la proprietaria ci ha lasciato usare la casa fino all’ultimo)!Un grazie speciale alla signora Alexandra!
