The Grand Hotel was fantastic. Phenomenal service, really friendly staff, and great rooms. A/C was giving us issues on arrival, but hotel had it repaired by day 2. Location can't be beat - right in the heart of downtown.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was very good. The food was also very excellent at the hotel restaurant.The air conditioning worked, but they are not allowed to put it below 24 Celsius. The hotel is very nice and very centrally located.

Wonderful buffet breakfast with an array of drinks. The room was very clean, staff were very helpful. Air conditioner took a while to start, but once the front desk was updated, the system ended up working fine.

Clean room & nice aesthetic. Good location! We booked a “sea view grand suite” and it was mainly a view of the buildings which was disappointing. The corridors are quite noisy with other guests slamming their doors, but that could have been down to the guests. Other than that a pleasant stay.

We loved our stay at this beautiful, centrally located hotel. After long days of exploring the island, the quiet and comfortable rooms provided a fantastic night's sleep. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-stocked with towels, and featured balconies with stunning bay views. While the showers were a bit tight and the air conditioning was slightly weak for the island heat, it didn't impact us much since we were out most of the day. The highlights were definitely the massive, delicious Greek breakfast spread, the excellent drinks and the location. Most of the staff were wonderfully attentive and helpful. We will be back!

A lovely hotel opposite the harbour at Argostoli, with nice clean rooms, and very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was as much as you could eat and covered all tastes. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
