Federico villa is a new house made in 2016 with a traditional Greek style ,built entirely in anti-seismic local stones worked by hand.
There are 2 big apartments ,the "Ground floor" and the "Penthouse " (about 110 square meters each ).
The ground floor (swimming pool level) has 2 bed rooms,2 bath rooms,living room in open space with a large kitchen with all comforts and equipment.
The Penthouse has the same characteristics,but different bathrooms and kitchen a little smallest than ground floor,but has an amazing view a wonderful sunset and a very big panoramic terrace.
