Neu erbautes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Wir waren Ende August 3 Wochen in der Villa Avithos Blue. Die freistehende neu erbaute 2-Zimmer Villa liegt ohne unmittelbare Nachbarschaft ruhig mitten in der Urbanisation mit herrlichem Blick auf den schönen Pool und das Meer und bietet absolute PrivatsphĂ€re. Die Villa ist aufgrund gut angebrachter Hinweisschilder problemlos zu finden. Das letzte StĂŒck der Zufahrt (ca 800 Meter) erfolgt ĂŒber einen Schotterweg, der jedoch ohne Probleme mit einem PKW befahren werden kann. Die Ausstattung im Haus lĂ€sst kaum WĂŒnsche offen und macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Internet via WLAN funktionierte wĂ€hrend der gesamten Zeit störungsfrei. Ein Safe war nicht vorhanden, ĂŒber Nachfrage wurde eine kleine mobile Deposit-Box nachgeliefert. Wenngleich wir uns auf Kefalonia zu keiner Zeit unsicher gefĂŒhlt hĂ€tten, wĂ€re aus unserer Sicht aufgrund der abgeschiedenen Lage ein fix montierter Safe, in dem Dokumente, Wertsachen, Laptop und sonstige elektronische GerĂ€te passen, wĂŒnschenswert. Die sehr grĂŒndliche Reinigung mit WĂ€schewechsel erfolgte alle 3 Tage. Der Kontakt zu Frau Irene und Herrn Gerasismos ("Jerry") erfolgte via WhatsApp bzw SMS, Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. SĂ€mtliche Damen und Herren, mit denen wir Kontakt hatten, waren ausgesprochen freundlich. SĂ€mtliche Bilder entsprechen der RealitĂ€t, die Hausbeschreibung passt. Lediglich der Hinweis, in "1 Minute zu Avithos-Strand oder in 10 Minuten zu Lygia Beach laufen" zu können, passt nicht. Avithos Beach ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten, zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar, einen Lygia Beach konnten wir nicht finden. Wir können Villa Avithos Blue uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen.
