Receptionist was not giving a single fu*k about our requests. We had booked standard room with king size bed. They gave us basic room with 2 single beds. When we asked the receptionist, she told us she's just receptionist, she doesn't know anything. Later they asked the housekeepers to put combined cover on 2 beds and they made it look like a single bed. Water was not provided, unless explicitly asked. Rooms smellls with horrible toilet smell. There are no lifts. You have to drag your luggage to basement floors, no one will help you. There's no coffee, mini bar, fridge, spoons in the room. Kettle wss dirty and rusted. There's no jet spray in toilet. Any requests made to receptionist was resulting in a ghosted reply. Her answer was always I don't know anything I am just a receptionist. The breakfast was poor, bread, eggs and some salad. Coffee is not free. You have to pay 9GEL for it. Hotel is nothing but hostel building developed on a nice view and management is given to people who don't have any knowledge of management. Doesn't deserve to be single star hotel.Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

The room had a very pungent odor and we had request to change it. But the staff was very reluctant to do so. Overall it was probably the worst hotel I stayed in years. Everything is either broken or dysfunctional and when you ask for replacement the staff attitude is very aggressive.

I booked a standard room but the hotel downgraded my booking and gave me a basic room. When I asked why downgraded my room the reception just said she has no idea. Very irresponsible service. No enough parking spaces too.

The hotel is poor with facilities It says ski and spa resort but it has nothing to do with the name given The hotel is so clean rooms are big and comfortable but it doesn't have a mini bar or a fridge The toilet has a terrible smell that made me feel sick every time I enter the room Location was good but I don't think I would ever stay in this hotel again

Beautiful view

The location is in the beautiful spot and great view from the patio. The staff is friendly and helpful I just would not rate it as 4 stars hotel for several reasons. The parking is by luck if you find or not and it’s small area. They don’t provide tissue box and they don’t have. The restaurant of the hotel don’t serve to the room which is uncommon to 4 stars hotel. Beside that the hotel is clean and nice breakfast as well.
