Une horreur

On avait réservé cet emplacement pour 2 nuits. Arrivé sur place nous contactons la propriétaire qui nous annonce qu'elle n'a pas de réservation et qui nous renvoie nous débrouiller avec Abritel. Abritel dit ne pas être responsable non plus et qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire. Après discussion ils acceptent de nous dédommager en remboursant l'hébergement qu'on trouvera, mais très dur de trouver quoi que ce soit, hôtel et compagnie complet pour ce long weekend. 2 mois après aucun remboursement, Abritel cherche toutes les excuses pour ne pas payer. Je ne réserverai plus jamais de ma vie avec Abritel
