A great room next to everything that matters!

Located right on the edge of town, next to the municipal parking lots so reaching it was easy. They accommodate an early check-in for me as well. The room was decent sized, had air conditioning (can't take that for granted), and the bed was of good quality. It's also next to the two biggest restaurants in town which is convenient and the manager spoke English alright - we didn't have much trouble communicating. All-in-all, if I am in Kayserberg again, I am staying here!

Fantastic place with friendly staff and cosy bar/café. Great room. Big parking lot in front of hotel (charges apply). Staff can help with free parking in front of hotel (first come, first served, no reservations). No aircondition, we brought a fan which helped us.

Comfortable stay in authentic medieval town

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable hotel in a historic medieval town on the vine road. Good location, next to city market on Monday, allowed us to buy excellent fresh food for breakfast

Changement de nom

HÎtel agréable mais qui a changé de nom; il se nomme désormais Art HÎtel donc ce serait bien que les sites de réservation se mettent à jour. Cela nous aurait évité de chercher l'hÎtel de nombreuses minutes.

Wir waren total ĂŒberrascht wie schön Kayserberg war. Wir haben in den Ort nur gebucht, weil in den anderen bekannten Orten wie zb. Riquewihr bereits zur Weihnachtszeit ausgebucht waren. Aber dieser kleine Ort hat alles ĂŒbertroffen und fanden es sogar viel schöner hier als in den benachbarten Orten. Das Hotel war super gelegen, denn zur Weihnachtsmarkt musste man nur runter gehen und schon war man da! Aber Abends war es trotzdem sehr ruhig, da der Weihnachtsmarkt nur bis 19 uhr offen hat. Also Lage von dem Hotel war echt top. Kostenlose ParkplĂ€tze befindete sich gleich gegenĂŒber des Hotels. Das Personal waren sehr freundlich trotz Sprachbarriere. Einzige Manko war das Bad. Es könnte RenovierungsbedĂŒrftig sein. Aber in Großen und Ganzen war das Hotel gut und wir wĂŒrden definitiv nochmal kommen.

Leuk hotel in een leuke buurt met prima service

Hotel is netjes, maar niet echt bijzonder. Beetje uit de tijd qua accommodatie, maar prima geslapen en qua locatie ook heel geschikt. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar ook al omdat de prijs- kwaliteit verhouding zeer acceptabel is
