The apartment is located in a detached holiday home in Palio, one of the most beautiful suburbs of Kavala. In about 3000 square meters of Mediterranean and terraced gardens donate stately palms and ancient olive trees shadow. Lemon-, mandarin-, orange trees and many more set color accents in every season; small oasis to recharge your batteries and let the thoughts flow while overlooking the bay of Palio and the sea. The in January 2017 completely renovated apartment offers with its 2 bedrooms and living room with open kitchen, space for four people. The integrated in the living area kitchen is well equipped for your needs during the holiday season. A dishwasher is also available. A TV with Satellite channels, DVD player, stereo and lots of books and board games for the whole family provide entertainment at home.
One of the bedrooms has direct access to the 20 sqm large veranda with a great view to the sea. The second bedroom looks out to the garden, which can be reached directly via a terrace. The new, modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. The child-friendly sandy beach is about 150 m. You must not cross any main road to reach it. The shallow water is ideally suited for small children. Your can park your car directly and safe on the property.

Greek getaway

Ideal beach hangout in a not overcrowded village. The apartment was comfortable and had a fantastic sea view. The owner is very helpfull.

Excellent apartment

We had a wonderful 6-night stay in this apartment. Delightful view and location, at a 2-minute walk to and from the beach. The apartment is extremely well-equiped. A 5-star rental place, overall. Very pleased.

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr schöner Badebucht vor der Tür

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in Griechenland, nicht zuletzt auch wegen der sehr schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Unterkunft von Kalliopi. Egal ob morgens, mittags oder abends, der Blick von der großen Terrasse aufs Meer war immer wieder schön und lädt zum erholen ein. Auch sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist die immer schnelle, freundliche und fast familiäre Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen und können sie nur weiterempfehlen. Danke Kalliopi!

Tolle Location, nette Gastgeberin

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Lage direkt in Strand nähe, besonders mit kleinen Kinder ist der kurze Weg perfekt. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles für einen entspannten und schönen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber. In direkter Umgebung lässt sich viel erkunden.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit Flair

Eine wirklich liebevoll eingerichtete, frisch renovierte Wohnung in traumhafter Lage. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ideal mit Kindern, da es zwei Terassen und einen Garten gibt und der Weg zum Strand direkt beim Gartentor endet, sogar mit eigener Stranddusche. Die kleine Bucht ist sauber und ideal für Familien mit kleineren Kindern, da es kaum Wellen gibt aber dafür umso mehr weichen Sand und viel Platz zum Spielen im seichten Wasser. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und um die Gäste bemüht. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Unschlagbar für Ruhe, Strand

Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es liegt wenige Gehminuten von einem kleinen Strand, gute Restaurants und Möglichkeiten zum Weggehen befinden sich 15 Autominuten entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr kooperativ, antwortet sehr sehr schnell und ist überaus hilfsbereit!

Eine sehr liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Strand ist in zwei Minuten zu erreichen und war für die Kinder ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier merkt man die Liebe zum Detail.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben die Vermieterin, Poppy bei unserer Ankunft kennen gelernt .Danke nochmal für den freundlichen Empfang und die vielen wertvollem Tipps. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Ausgestattet was man braucht. Schöne kleine Badebucht in der Nähe. Ein Leihwagen ist empfehlenswert. Wir werden bestimmt mal wiederkommen.

Nicht nur die Ferienwohnung, auch die Gegend hat alles gehalten, was versprochen wurde. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit haben ein sehr großes Lob verdient. Nicht zu vergessen die liebevolle Betreuung. Vielen Dank dafür! Hinsichtlich der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt (bis hin zur Flasche Rotwein zur Begrüßung). Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch!

Entspannung pur

Traumhafte kleine Bucht, absolut kindgerecht, weil ganz flaches Wasser, Menschenleer, lediglich ein paar Anwohner nutzten das Meer für eine kurze Schwimmeinlage, Herrliche Terasse mit Blick auf die Bucht (nur 150 m entfernt), in der Nähe eines der besten Lokale an der ganzen Küste, Komplett ausgestattete Wohnung mit WLAN, Allesamt wirklich bestens!!!!
