The apartment is in a quiet location away from the main busy areas, but there are convenient stores and a supermarket just around the corner, making it easy to grab daily essentials. It’s only a 10-minute walk from Akihabara Station, so getting around is hassle-free. The apartment was clean and peaceful, which is perfect for families with kids as is easy for them to relax and sleep after a long day out. It had all the necessary amenities, and we especially appreciated having a washer/dryer, making it convenient to do laundry at night. However, you’ll need to buy your own detergent as only one packet is provided. I absolutely loved staying here and would definitely book again if I ever return to Japan!

Staying there made our trip to Japan the best experience ever. Super clean, lots of amenities, well equipped kitchenette, helpful staff and quiet location only 10-15min walk from the major train and metro stations. Amazing!

Beautiful hotel. Design is superb. Like the retention of traditional Japanese ryokan alongside very modern conveniences. Location works well with subway stop in the basement. Staff are very accommodating.

The property and staff were great, the issue was that the walls are rhin and kids running around and shouting late in the middle of the night was an issue. I went during march so it wasn't too busy, i would assume it would be even worse during the summer time. The public bath house ,views food, rooms ...

Katsuura Hilltop Hotel & Residence: Hot springs hotel with free WiFi and free parking. Guests give the overall condition a thumbs up.
The room was very specious and had comfortable couch but customer service was not good. They were not friendly and lack of warmness. Also I was disappointed that There was no grocery stores around the hotel. No souvenir shop.
