Arrived to receptionist on her phone, did not even acknowledge us. Got into room and double sofa bed was only just about big enough for an adult. Two children had to sleep in double bed with mum.

Staff training required

While check-in was great, don't expect a friendly welcome in the restaurant if you arrive after 21:00. Staff were extremely rude to say the least. Kitchen closes at 21:30 and staff are gone before 22:00, by which time the bar has also closed. Hotel is located a little out of town but has a regular bus service in the vicinity. It has a small pool and sauna but some guests might not be comfortable with the shared facilities dress code.

Incredible hotel for our Hyrox competition. Breakfast choices were incredible, it was really close to our venue, the staff was really friendly and the hotel had some amazing views across the city.
