This hotel is just absolutely excellent, I stay in hotels for 90plus nights a year and this without doubt has the nicest and most helpful staff you will ever find.
Communication was great before we even arrived and the owner is really helpful with tips on where to eat and shop locally.
The hotel is an absolutely charming building and has a wonderful courtyard which is a haven of tranquility when you return from a busy day. It is however nice and central so you are right near so many good restaurants and shops; the perfect location.
The beds are comfortable, the water is hot, the WiFi is really fast (I was able to stream a live rugby match in HD over VPN to the UK with no buffering) and the breakfast….. oh the breakfast!
Sat in the lovely courtyard eating freshly prepared local bread with masala potato filling or the muesli with fresh fruit and wonderful yoghurt or any of their options is simply a gorgeous start to the day.
We have fallen in love with Nepal and hope to return and will definitely be staying here again.
