The service was very good, everyone was friendly, maybe too friendly till the front staff came and explain everything what’s the function everything in the room including, what is the phone, paper and pen, meanwhile I was exhausted already when I got to hotel. However, I understand and appreciate that they wanna provide the good service. Couldn’t sleep well cause the air conditioner wasn’t blew the cold air which was debunked by the front staff too, and the air conditioner kept shutting off too. Plus, the door was difficult to lock when I wanted to leave and difficult to close too in 1 point.
