House for 6-8 persons: approx. 125 m2 on three floors. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and TV, and an open-plan kitchen with living area, air conditioning and sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). Also, a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, accessible via an external staircase, there is another fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with open fireplace, a cozy living room with air conditioning and sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), and a bathroom with shower. The attic offers two comfortable bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and TV.

WiFi available free of charge. Covered parking on the fully fenced property. Four bicycles (2 for adults and 2 for children) are available for free use. In addition, table tennis, foosball and darts are provided for your enjoyment. If you wish, you can purchase superb, regional olive oil from your landlords.

Superbe logement composé de deux appartements, parfaitement équipés : vous pouvez vraiment venir uniquement avec vos vêtements, tout le nécessaire est déjà sur place ! L’ensemble est très propre, fonctionnel et bien pensé pour passer un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont particulièrement accueillants, disponibles et sympathiques, ce qui contribue encore à la qualité de l’expérience.Le logement est situé dans un village très calme et préservé du tourisme de masse, idéal si vous recherchez la tranquillité. Plusieurs petits commerces se trouvent à proximité pour les besoins du quotidien et, pour des courses plus importantes, un hypermarché est accessible à moins de 6 km.Il y a peu d’animations dans le village lui-même, mais sa situation permet de rayonner très facilement dans toute l’Istrie. Les jolies villes côtières de Novigrad et Poreč, beaucoup plus animées, sont à moins de 20 minutes en voiture. Dans les terres, Motovun mérite vraiment le détour avec ses ruelles et son superbe cadre médiéval. Et si vous êtes prêts à rouler un peu plus, Pula et son impressionnant amphithéâtre romain se trouvent à environ 50 minutes.Les amateurs d’activités de plein air trouveront également de nombreux itinéraires à vélo dans les environs ainsi que quelques parcours de randonnée. Nous avons notamment beaucoup apprécié la très belle promenade le long du littoral, entre Beach Porat et Beach Busola, à seulement une quinzaine de minutes en voiture.
