This beautiful family villa in Labinci near Porec leaves nothing to be desired. Villa Clara Melodie consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom is located on the first floor, while the other two are on the upper floor and have access to the beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area and offer a great view for a good start to the day. All bedrooms, just like the rest of the house, are comfortable, stylish and furnished with great attention to detail. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a television. The center of the first floor is the colorful living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining area for 8 people. Directly from there you can access the garden and the inviting pool area. An outdoor dining area and a charcoal barbecue are at your disposal if you want to cook and enjoy your meal outdoors. The shade under the parasols invites you to relax and enjoy your vacation. The villa's convenient location allows easy access to the coast and the picturesque hinterland, while a store and restaurant are just a short walk away.
