Mendy Sea View is a spacious 90 m² apartment in Kaštel Sućurac, ideally located between Split and Trogir, with sea views, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, generous outdoor space and free private parking.

The beach, cafés, restaurants and the waterfront are about a 9-minute walk away, while Split, Trogir, Split Airport and many of Dalmatia’s best-known sights are within easy reach.

What makes Mendy different is the combination of space, sea views and outdoor living. Start the morning with coffee on the veranda, enjoy the sea view from the private sun terrace, relax in the courtyard surrounded by flowers, citrus and olive trees, and finish the day with dinner outside or something from the grill.

THE APARTMENT

The entire 90 m² apartment is reserved for your group. There are no other guest units sharing your accommodation.

It sleeps up to 6 guests and includes:

There are five beds in total.

The kitchen is equipped for both short and longer stays, with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee-making facilities, cookware, dishes, glasses and other everyday essentials.

The property has a 2 Gbps fibre connection, with typical Wi-Fi speeds of approximately 700–800 Mbps, making it suitable for streaming, video calls and remote work.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The outdoor spaces are an important part of staying at Mendy.

Step outside to a veranda and courtyard where you can have breakfast, coffee, lunch or dinner surrounded by Mediterranean plants, flowers, hydrangeas, citrus and olive trees.

Mendy Sea View is in Kaštel Sućurac, the closest of the seven Kaštela settlements to Split.

You can walk to the beach, cafés, restaurants, the waterfront and the centre of Kaštel Sućurac in about 9 minutes. For everyday needs, supermarkets, shops and other services are also nearby.

By car, you have convenient access to:
