Ne reconnait pas ma reservation avec Hotel.com

PROBLEME: je montre à l'hotel ma reservation que j'avais emprimé, et le patron me dit qu'il ne sait pas de quoi il s'agit. J'ai payé, en espèce, pas de carte bancaire,avec le doubt que hotel.com ira me facturer la nuit comme "non presenté", si le patron me communique pas. Pas sympa du tout. Cela dit, l'hotel est très simple, mais TRES propre, chambre spacieuse, salle de bain OK. Petit dejeuner pas cher mais decevant. Attention, il est à quelque km de la ville sur une colline, il faut avoir une voiture pour y arriver.
