Clean hotel with a slight hill to negotiate

The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Although not a full sea view room, the outlook from our balcony was pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a steep hill but is walkable and I am over my mid-60s.

Spent few days in Kas, beautiful place. Apartments was good had everything for your stay. Easy access, parking the only thing was walking up the hill. Accidentally locked ourselves out but staff helped very quick.

Exceptional Stay!

Even though I stayed one night, I wished I could have stayed longer! Very updated and although a steep walk up/down the street, it was very close to everything! Very clean. Loved having the washer and small terrace area! Would highly recommend!

Comfortable and clean property in great condition. Perfect location in a quiet area 5-10 minutes walk from the city centre. Kind and accommodating staff. I appreciated the in-suite laundry. Free parking on their street (easy to find a spot in early November but may not be guaranteed during busy season).

The room that we were given was not properly prepared. On the day of arrival, there was no gas for cooking and, critically, no HOT WATER for showers. Although these issues were fixed on the second day after multiple liaisons with the staff, it still gave us a poor experience. I would say this accommodation is not suitable for family groups.

I stayed 5 nights at Bella Kaş in a Deluxe Studio. The view of the town from the room was beautiful, and there’s a kitchen, which is excellent if you prefer to cook your meals (though I didn’t use it). However, the room wasn’t properly cleaned when I checked in, and there was no hot water in the mornings. Since it’s not a hotel, rooms are only cleaned once a week, and the uphill walk to the building can be challenging, especially the last 50 meters. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful, but I think you can find more comfort and services by spending a little more elsewhere. I travel to Kaş twice yearly and do not wish to stay there again.

Maalesef temizlik çok kötüydü. Özellikle mutfak, yemek yapmak için kullanılan araç gereçler temiz değildi. Banyo ise aynı şekilde. Ayrıca giysi dolabında sadece askılık olması çok yetersiz, bavullar ortada kaldı. Bir raf olabilirdi. Ya da bir kaç çekmece. Tatil boyunca eşyaları koyacak yer bulamadık. Bavuldan giyindik hep. Merkeze yakın evet ancak bir bayır var araç yok ise bu sizi zorlayabilir. Çalışan kişi güleryüzlüydü. Yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Ancak temizlik konusunda çok yetersiz kaldığı için tekrar tercih edemeyeceğim.
