Personel çok kibar ve saygılı, otel temiz, oda sıcak, yataklar rahat, kahvaltı güzeldi. Akşam canlı müzik vardı yemek yemedik ama yemekler de güzel görünüyordu. Kars’ta kalınacak tek ve en iyi otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
