We picked it for the third bedroom. Two kids who won't share, and everything else in budget was two bedrooms plus a sofa bed.
Landed at 11:40pm, driver was there with a sign, 1,200 baht as agreed. Alice met us at the gate and walked us up, which mattered more at midnight than it sounds.
The balcony did what the photos promised. Actual canopy, birds going mad at 6:30, coffee before anyone was awake.
127 square metres reads as a number until you're four people plus wet swimming things and nobody's in anybody's way. Cooked half the nights. Proper tub in the master, used more than expected.
