I had an overnight stay with my elderly mother. I found the front desk staff very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

Nice hotel in the harbor. Would have been a 5/5 if it wasn't the terrible crowd management at breakfast. Just a print of times when it used to be crowded, but everyone choose to eat at 8-9 ("moderate crowded" time) and it was OVER crowded with people who didn't keep their distance and were pushing them self in to just get their tying... Not covid friendly at all! The hotel. Did nothing too control the crowd. Other hotels we've stayed at this summer have had mandatory bookings of time slots which have worked out well to control the crowd and flow. Next morning we set the clock to 6am in order to be at the breakfast by opening inn order to avoid the crowd!

Super In Hotel Carlshamn

We have stayed here many times before, the staff are first class, the setting is great and everything is perfect and the hotel is run to a very high standard, nothing is ever to much and you always feel so welcome from the moment you arrive until the time you leave. All special requests are carried through in a very efficient way and we will be returning again in the Autumn.

Centralt bra boende i Karlshamn

Bra hotell med centralt läge i Karlshamn och promenadavstånd till de flesta sevärdheterna. Fräscha rum, rent och snyggt badrum, komfortabla sängar. WiFi stabilt och gratis, gratis parkering finns tillhörande hotellet men den räcker inte till alla gäster, dock inget problem då extern parkering finns i närheten. Frukost helt ok, finns vad man behöver, inget direkt som sticker ut men inget som direkt saknas. Trevlig personal, smidig in- och utcheckning, överlag ett bra boende

Bra med potential till att bli bättre

Fint rum. God frukost. Det som hade kunnat förbättrats är städningen på rummet. På andra hotell brukar det vara så att lägger man handdukar på golvet så önskar man att få dem bytta. När vi kom tillbaka till rummet var handdukarna upphängda på tork. Hade också önskat att få nya dricksglas efter städningen.
