The check in was a new experience, not a bad one, just new. We were running late and checked in through an automated kiosk. Worked great. I'd stay here again. When we checked out the staff were friendly and helpful.

ich habe über Ihre Plattform ein Doppelzimmer für zwei Personen gebucht. Vor Ort wurde uns jedoch nur ein Einzelbett bereitgestellt, das für zwei Personen zu eng war und nicht genutzt werden konnte. Das Hotel behauptet, dass dies „wie beim letzten Aufenthalt“ sei. Dies ist nicht korrekt. Beim letzten Aufenthalt war das Zimmer tatsächlich passend für zwei Personen, sonst hätte ich dort nicht erneut gebucht. Da die gebuchte Leistung nicht wie vereinbart erbracht wurde

Man benötigt schon ein Auto, um die umgebenden Ortschaften zu erreichen. Es gibt allerdings auch eine S Bahn und regelmäßigen Busverkehr. All in all, alles top. Wir waren übers Wochenende da, die Rezeption war wie angekündigt nicht besetzt, aber es hat alles super funktioniert, dank vorheriger Benachrichtigung und Instruktionen. Sehr zu empfehlen. (Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind unterwegs)
