The property has a nice relaxing feel, the owners are very friendly and I think some rooms are better than others. It could be amazing with a bit of a tidy up. Very good location

Happy when we arrived but disappointed at the end

Nothing bad to say about the room, it was clean and the view was pretty nice. We didn't enjoy our stay because : - 2nd breakfast : omelette full of egg shells - the motorbike we rent there was not powerful enough for 2 people to drive through a steep road, what ruined our day because at 5pm (after visiting 3 places and been driving a lot) we had to do all our way back to come back home so it took us 3h instead of 40min (driving through the mountain by night was really cold and dangerous, I've been sick for 2 days after this!). No apologise from the host when she saw we came back late and tired, she said "the bike is ok for 1 but not 2 persons". - asked us an expensive price for the taxi (the husband of a woman working there) when we asked for one before the check out, so we finally took another one. - asked us more money than they said for the small laundry we did the day before, and when we paid she said she had no change (expencting us to say it was ok like this, but after all this it was really not!). Seems that the price has changed by itself for no reason (because we chose another taxi maybe?). - didn't even answered when we said goodbye ! We really had the feeling than making money is more important than making customers happy, which is a pretty sad feeling, especially when you have the feeling to be good customers (2 nights + dinners + motor bike + laundry).

You get what you pay for...

Room was right at back of complex up a lot of steep steps, not suitable for our needs. Bathroom had stale smell and also some large cockroaches. Bathroom door frame was broken and had no lock so could not be kept closed We left after just the 1 night despite having booked and paid for the week. Photos are of the rooms but probably taken when first opened and not still in that condition.

Veel mieren in de kamer en de keuken was heel vuil. Voor de rest een rustige slaapplaats met airco

Superbe hôtel

Notre meilleur hôtel en 2 semaines passées à Bali. Nous ne devions rester que 2 nuits mais le cadre, l'hôtel et la ville nous ont tellement plut que nous avons décidé de rester une nuit de plus, décision que nous n'avons pas regretté. A peine arrivées, nous sommes accueillies par l'hôte, toute souriante, qui nous conduit tout de suite à notre chambre, qui est plus un petit bungalow. Nous avons eu la numéro 1, il y a donc plus de passage mais cela ne nous a pas derangé. Après des welcome drink plus que bienvenue, nous allons loué un scooter pour deux jours ainsi que des équipements de snorkelling pour un prix très correct. L'endroit est un peu excentré, c'est difficile de visiter Amed à pied, je recommande donc vivement le scooter. Nous avons mangé tous les soirs au restaurant de l'hôtel. Ici encore, notre hôte est tout sourire, et nous prépare des plats plus bons les uns que les autres, le tout pour un prix très raisonnable. Le petit déjeuner quand à lui est varié, et bien entendu, fait maison. Je garde un excellent souvenir de notre passage et sait déjà que j'y retournerais lors de ma prochaine visite.

außerordentlich toller Blick übers Meer (Zimmer 5)

Uns hat es gut gefallen. Leider ist unsere Buchung wohl im Spam Ordner gelandet, weshalb wir kurzfristig für die erste von 3 Nächten in einer anderen (nicht ganz gleichwertigen) Warung untergebracht wurden. Frühstück war sehr gut! Blick und Lage ist hervorragend! Alles war sauber und es wurde täglich gereinigt! Ein bisschen kleinlich war die Preisgestaltung beim Verleih von Schnorchelausrüstung. Alles in allem aber empfehlenswert!
