The car is conveniently parked in front of the door, the modern, tasteful ambience of the apartment invites you to relax immediately. Plenty of space for spreading and well-being awaits the traveler in every season. Whether you enjoy the sun on the large south-west terrace, the warmth in the sauna or the cosiness of the fireplace, the home port offers pure relaxation at any time of the day. For families, the home port is a perfectly appointed, spacious retreat with room to play and rest. For dog owners, the home port offers plenty of new favorite places for you and your four-legged friend. The apartment is at ground level and barrierearm.

The large light-flooded living and dining area with large panoramic glass front and integrated kitchen with cooking island makes every holidaymaker's heart beat faster. A woodburning stove and a large TV guarantee cuddly hours in any weather. The large sofa area offers enough space for up to 4 people. A dining table with comfortable seating make this living area an oasis of well-being.
The direct access to the large partially covered terrace completes the picture of this oasis of well-being. The terrace is equipped with quality furniture and a barbecue. Here you can spend some cozy evening.

The bedrooms are very maritime and tastefully decorated. A large double bed, a wardrobe and another TV awaits our guests in the master bedroom. The second bedroom is lovingly furnished with two single beds, desk, wardrobe, bean bag and bookshelves. Here our little guests feel especially well. A separate guest toilet is also available.

Urlaub auf der Hafenkante

Tolle Aussicht. Terrasse direkt an der Wasserkante. Hier kann man es sich so richtig gut gehen lassen. Wir haben in diesem Objekt 2 tolle Wochen verbringen dürfen! Gerne wieder!!

Fint hus, ucharmerende omgivelser

Huset var dejligt og udsigten fin. Området er særdeles ucharmerende, alt for tæt bebygget. Der er ingen muligheder for at gå gode ture eller komme ned til vandet. Der er ingen aktivitetsmuligheder. Ingen pæne fællesområder. Ikke et område vi vil vælge igen, trods det fine hus.

Super Ferienobjekt. Alles (und noch mehr, z.B. Spielsachen für die Kids) vorhanden und in top Zustand. Lediglich das Ladekabel für die Wallbox muss man mitbringen (was uns in der Beschreibung leider noch gefehlt hat). Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Toller Blick in die Hafenbucht.

Erholsamen Urlaub

Objekt ist gut gelegen. Blick zum Hafen sehr schön. Morgens/Abends kann man das Auslaufen/Einlaufen der Segelschiffe beobachten. Leider ist aktuell der Ausbau am Yachthafen noch im Gange und daher störend, mindestens von Montag bis Donnerstag.

Die Wohnung ist OK, liegt direkt neben einer Baustelle, das Ressort wird kaputt gebaut

Die Wohnung: ist gut gedacht aber schlecht gepflegt und nicht wirklich sauber, die Betten waren uns nicht hart genug, der Staubsauger war nicht benutzbar da der Beutel übervoll war, die Fenster waren mit Kinderhänden/-Mund verschmiert der Spiegel im Flur ebenfalls, der Schrank im Schlafzimmer war nie richtig montiert, die Nachttischlampen im Kinderzimmer werden sehr heiß, die Dichtlippen der Dusche ist halb lose... Lage: direkt nebenan ist eine Baustelle, das neue Haus nimmt der Terrasse die Sonne und die Sicht, es wurde weiter zum Wasser gebaut, während unseres Aufenthaltes 1 ganzer Tag Arbeit mit der Flex bei über 90 dB... Meerzeit: ist bemüht, meldet sich aber auch nicht immer zurück Das Ressort: war mal nett gedacht wird aber total kaputt gebaut (neben einem süßen Schwedenhäusschen entsteht ein Haus mit 27 Wohneinheiten); die Straßen sind teilweise zu schmal, an die vorgeschriebenen 30 km/h halten sich nur wenige und vor allem nicht die Baufirmen. Wenn alles fertig ist, ist es SEHR voll.

Absolut traumhaftes Objekt! !

Eine tolle Wohnung mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren zu viert und unserem Labrador da. Diese Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, egal ob Gewürze, Reinigungsmittel, Spielsachen. ...wirklich absolut weiterzuempfehlen! Kleiner Nachteil ist die Baustelle aber daüber ist man ja informiert.

Erholsamer, ungezwungener und entspannter Urlaub in gehobenem Ambiente

Wir wurden schon mit Sekt und Blumen empfangen, was soll da noch schief gehen. Haben uns die Urlaubstage in der stilvoll, modern und sauberen Ferienwohnung, die mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet ist, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage hervorragend da man bei gutem Wetter fast den ganzen Tag Sonnenschein auf der großen Terassee genießen kann. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und können die Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen.

Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort !!!

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach mit allen Details der Beschreibung die wir bei der Auswahl und Buchung zur Verfügung hatten . Die Ausstattung war hochwertig , tadellos und neuwertig . Kleinere Probleme wurden umgehend und unkompliziert beseitigt . Die Infos vorab und vor allem die App in der man viele Details und Wissenswertes immer zu Hand hatte fanden wir super. Da sich das Objekt in dem im Aufbau befindlichen Ostseeresort-Olpenitz befindet gab es zur Zeit in fußläufiger Nähe noch keine Restaurants oder ähnliches . Da dort wie gesagt noch viel gebaut wird ist die Zufahrt ähnlich einem Neubaugebiet. Dies tat aber dem wohlbefinden in und außerhalb der Wohnug keinen abbruch. Baulärm oder sonstige Beeinträchtigungen gab es keine . Wir würden dieses Objekt jederzeit wieder nutzen und auch weiterempfehlen und sind gespannt wie es in Zunkuft , nach Fertigstellung des Resorts, dort aussieht.

Wohlfühlzeit im Heimathafen

Wir haben als junge Familie mit Baby die Ferienwohnung bezogen und haben uns vom 1. Augenblick rund um wohl gefühlt! Die Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und besonders die Lage waren traumhaft schön! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Sogar ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk zum genießen hat auf uns gewartet! Für größere Kinder sind allerhand, schöne Spielsachen vorhanden und für die Erwachsenen Bücher, DVDs und Musik ;) Die Lage des Resorts ist etwas abseits von Geschäften, aber die kann man ja mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad gut erreichen! Der Baulärm hat uns nicht sonderlich gestört! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
