These are divided on the ground floor in a spacious living and dining area with adjacent fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker. In addition, you will find the bedroom with two beds in the barrierearmen EC and directly adjacent a floor-level shower room / WC. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a guest toilet. Ferienhaus Lerchenweg 31 Rosenduft The cozy and child-friendly furnished holiday home is located 100m from the Schlei and offers 80 square meters of living space. These are divided on the ground floor in a living and dining area with adjoining fitted kitchen (fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle), a small bedroom with two beds, shower room / WC. Upstairs are two bedrooms with two beds each, a toilet and a balcony. The house is additionally equipped with a washing machine, satellite TV, cot, changing table and baby chair. The terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, the garden with swing and the in-house bicycles are available for free. For an additional charge: laundry sets will be provided on request. The bringing of pets is possible. The sauna and the solarium can be used in our house Espenisstraße 4, as well as a rowing / fishing boat with 5 hp engine by arrangement. For a rental period less than one week, a surcharge of 30,00 Euro will be charged. Bed linen and towels incl.
