More water is not possible - Dat Molenhuus convinces with a breathtaking view over the Baltic Sea. Completed in 2018, this comfortable holiday home is located directly on the Baltic Sea shore. Only 6 meters separate Dat Molenhuus from the Baltic Sea. Dat Molenhuus is located in the northeast of Schleswig-Holstein in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany. Directly between the mouth of the Schleim and the Baltic Sea you will find pure relaxation in the middle of incomparable nature. A sandy beach is just 100 meters away. The nearby shops guarantee optimal self-sufficiency of the residents. The northernmost natural park in Germany invites to long walks and bike rides in nature.

WG 12 - Penthouse with direct sea view:
Dat Penthuus is located in the reachable by an elevator 3. First floor of the Molenhuus, only 6 meters (!) away from the Baltic Sea. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is excellent and very high quality equipped. A tastefully furnished living room with a cuddly sofa set offers you a dreamlike, direct and probably unique sea view. It is followed by a very large roof terrace, on which the breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea can be enjoyed outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes the inviting dining table with comfortable seating, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and of course other kitchen utensils. Two cozy bedrooms - one of them with sea view - are each furnished with a boxspring double bed. Furthermore, a shower room and another bathroom with its own sauna, from which you also have free views of the Baltic Sea, and bathtub to the apartment. A parking space allocated to the apartment for your car is located directly at the building. Many other amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV and a coin-operated washing machine complete your holiday offer.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 06:00 to 10:00.

Traumwohnung mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer !!!

Dat Penthuus liegt direkt am Meer und man kann sehr schön den Ausblick genießen. Die Sauna ist auch sehr schön groß. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man gut den ganzen Tag in der Wohnung bleiben, da diese wirklich sehr groß und gemütlich ist. Wir kommen wieder....

Super Lage, traumhaft, bis auf...

Lage und Wohnung sind toll, ärgerlich war aber folgendes: Wir mussten bei der Ankunft 120 € für Bettwäsche und Handtücher für 4 Personen bezahlen. Hiervon stand nichts bei FeWo-direkt im Angebot. Zuhause ist der Schrank voll mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche, der Kofferraum war nur halb voll. Es wäre problemlos gewesen, beides mitzunehmen. Bei einer derartig hochwertigen Ferienunterkunft ist gem. gültiger Rechtsprechung davon auszugehen, dass Bettwäsche vorhanden sein sollte (falls nicht, muss ein Hinweis erfolgen!) und Handtücher vorhanden sein müssen! Das Serviceteam teilte uns mit, dass immer wieder Kunden empört gewesen seien (obwohl die Wohnung erst vor einem Jahr fertig gestellt wurde), dass für 30 € je Person Wäsche geliehen werden muss. Später haben wir festgestellt, dass auf der Homepage des Anbieters auf Zusatzkosten für Bettwäsche und Handtücher hingewiesen wird. FeWo-direkt hat die Infos leider nicht übernommen. Ändert das!!! Sonst ärgern sich noch mehr Leute über diese ansonsten phantastische Unterkunft.
