Awesome home in Olpenitz with sauna

A detached holiday home in the first row directly on the water with an unobstructed view of the harbour entrance and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz.



The Weidefeld sandy beach is in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot, while the green area around the house invites you to play and linger. The panoramic terrace offers a phenomenal view of the Baltic Sea and invites you to barbecue evenings with a harbour cinema. Underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove provide comfort at any time of year, while the private wellness area with whirlpool and sauna invites you to relax and unwind. Family-friendly and open-plan, this holiday home offers complete holiday comfort.



The open-plan living/dining area on the ground floor is the centrepiece of the house. The direct sea view can be enjoyed here both when eating together and from the living room during a cosy evening by the fireplace. The flat-screen TV with home entertainment programme also provides entertainment.



From here, you can access the terrace adjoining the living area, which invites you to linger by the water. Whether it's a barbecue evening with a light summer breeze or a hearty breakfast, the harbour cinema is guaranteed here. The garden around the house offers space for playing and sunbathing.



The kitchen-cum-living room adjoining the living/dining area is fully equipped to a high standard.



There are two bedrooms on the first floor. While the master bedroom boasts a fantastic view of the harbour and Baltic Sea, the second bedroom has an additional flat-screen TV with a home entertainment programme.



The Sommer Kajüte holiday home offers the luxury of two bathrooms, one on each living level. The sauna (infrared cabin) and corner whirlpool on the first floor promise pure wellness. There is also a phenomenal view when brushing your teeth, as passing sailing ships in the mirror open up new perspectives against a dreamlike backdrop. A shower room on the ground floor provides additional comfort.

Our favourite spot: watching the harbour cinema from the terrace and simply relaxing.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Urlaub an der Osstsee

Sehr gute Ferienanlage im Aufbau. Nach Fertigstellung wird es ein Schmuckstück. Gastronomie sollte baldmöglichst folge.

Schöne Sommerkajüte mit Einschränkung

Als erste ein wunderschönes sauberes Haus mit allen Gegenständen die man fürs wohnen benötigt. Leider wurde unser Urlaub getrübt da die Agentur nicht in der Lage war einen Gebuchten Internet Anschluss zur Verfügung zu stellen.Des Weiteren ist auch der Baulärm nicht angenehm . In der Umgebung müßte auch mehr Papierkörbe bereitgestellt werden für die Entsorung der Hundebeutel .Die Abstände um nächsten Haus sind natürlich sehr gering so das man sich schlecht auf den Liegen vor dem Haus aufhalten kann ,wenn viele Kinder in den Häusern sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es nur ein überteuerten Edeka Markt . Die Umgebung mit den ganzen Baustellen Hat natürlich auch kein Grün ( außer Rasen.) und wird vielleicht in ein paar Jahren besser zum Urlaub einladen. Für Ausflüge mit dem Rad ist die Umgebung sehr schön

Das Ferienobjekt ist sehr sauber und bis ins Detail jedes Zimmer ausgenutzt und durchgeplant das Objekt ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet zum wohlfühlen auch an kalten oder regnerischen Tagen.
