Das Haus ist insgesamt hochwertig ausgestattet. Leider war der erste Eindruck katastrophal. Der Flur war sehr schmutzig und wurde wohl vergessen zu reinigen. Der Balkon und die Möbel mussten erstmal von sehr viel Vogeldreck gereinigt werden bevor wir gemütlich draußen sitzen konnten. Im Geschirrspüler waren noch Reste vom Vornutzer. Auch die Bettwäsche muss mitgebracht oder noch extra bezahlt werden und auch dann selbst bezogen werden. Für den Preis erwarte ich persönlich, dass die Sauberkeit nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Um das Haus herum lagen abgeschnittene Kabel und zwischen den Häusern ist ein großes verwahrlostes Grundstück abgegrenzt mit einem Bauzaun. Der Müll muss mit dem Auto weggebracht werden. Es gibt nur einen zentralen Müllsammelplatz. Zu Fuß wäre das eine knappe Stunde Fußweg. Es summieren sich viele kleinere Mängel, dass wir nicht nochmal kommen würden. Das Haus hätte mehr Potenzial. Der Ausblick ist toll. Wärmekabine und Whirlpool haben wir nicht genutzt. Im Winter bestimmt toll.

Sehr schöne Etagenwohnung. Fantastische Aussicht. Für die Nebensaison sehr gut, in der Sommerzeit wäre es mir persönlich in der Ferienhaussiedlung zu eng. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Objekt um zu entschleunigen...

Erholsame Tage

Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage in dieser schönen, geräumigen Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung empfanden wir als sehr gut, auch wenn einige Kleinigkeiten in der Ausstattung der Küche gefehlt haben. Der Ausblick war einzigartig, zur einen Seite auf die Marina zur anderen der fast freie Blick auf den Leuchtturm. Ein großes Bad mit begehbarer Dusche, der tollen Whirlpoolbadewanne und die Infrarotsauna war für uns ein schöner Bonus wenn man etwas durchgefroren vom Spaziergang wiederkommt (Schade ist das es keinen richtigen Gehweg gibt). Auch der Kamin trägt hier zur Gemütlichkeit bei! Der kleine Strand war für unseren Hund das Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können hier nur eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen!

Traumhafter Ausblick

Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen, vor allem den traumhaften Ausblick aus der Wohnung von allen Seiten! Zu bemängeln haben wir, dass kein Gehweg vorhanden ist und der Müllsammelplatz ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Erholung tat es aber keinen Abbruch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
