Room was clean. Didn’t have any soap or shampoo in room, but front desk delivered it up to us after asking. Hallways smelled of food cooking and hallway on our door had gross spill marks into the carpet that hadn’t been cleaned. People always fight out front the doors smoking as if they can’t read no smoking within 25’ of the building. It worked out for our trip needs.

Where before we checked in, they had called but I missed a call at 11:30 then check in after three like four ready so when you got a bite to eat and a couple of drinks, it would’ve been nice. They would offer you a coupon to go have a drink out of the room wasn’t ready and then this morning Getting ready to check out and head back. There was no iron really that was nothing no kind of utensil whatsoever.

What I didn't like is that there is no pool, no breakfast, and they don't clean the rooms. 4 of us stayed and they only gave us 2 towels. The GPS sends you to the back, where there is no entrance. If you don't know the area, you will have to go back and enter through Wendy's. These are small details, but when you want to arrive and rest, that bothers you. The beds have iron bases and they make noise, that was my experience.

Front desk were wonderful and helpful, they are the reason I am giving this hotel 3 stars. The room itself was ick. No drapes on the windows. Bed is on a cot. The walls are so thin you can hear everything in the next room. For instance I woke up in the middle of the night hearing some one breathing - but it was the person in the next room. It didn't feel clean or relaxing, sort of felt gross. Aldi and stores are walkable, which was good. Bring your forks, spoons, otherwise it is 50.00 dollars for a dinner kit.

Easy check in with friendly staff, rooms were clean and shower was hot. I do wish it had breakfast but I get why since some people stay here for an extended time. Like that there is shampoo and bar of soap provided, some places don't which is cheap. The only thing I will say is walls are thin and can hear people walking and talking from the nearby rooms.

Clean and comfortable

The hotel is very clean, either new or renovated and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. Its an extended stay hotel but we stayed just for the night. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful staff, but missing things we beeded

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel does not have an ice machine, since the rooms have a full size refrigerator with freezer that has ice trays. We couldn’t leave the bathroom light on in case someone needed to get up in the middle of the night. The light would turn off when you left the bathroom. Our room had a “Master” switch by the door. You had to turn it on to be able to use the tv and the light between the beds. This also turned on the main overhead light. If you turned the switch off, you couldn’t use the tv, the bedside light, or use the plug-ins. You would have to leave the overhead light on to keep your electronics charging. We had to plug in our phones and my watch at the plugins on the kitchenette counter. Otherwise, the room was great. The beds were very comfortable. The room and the bathroom were clean. It was just my son and I. Had my husband been with us, he would not have had a place to plug in his phone. Also, he likes to sleep with the tv on. Because of the “Master” switch and no ice machine, we won’t be back. That’s a shame because the staff were wonderful, the room was great, and it was a great price.

My stay was great. We didn’t like that we had to return our wet towels to the front desk to get new ones. They never emptied our trash while we were there or clean our room Overall it was nice and safe and the staff was great.
