The staff both at check-in and checkout made us feel like valued friends. The room looked and felt luxurious. I particularly loved the shower followed by large fluffy towels. Many amenities were available, but we were on a tight schedule and couldn’t indulge. Would love to stay here again.

This riverfront property is located next to the new women’s soccer stadium, and soon the Main Street trolley line will stop right at their doorstep. An all around friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, inviting lobby and restaurant (Show Pony) and easy free parking made it an excellent choice in Kansas City. I enjoyed the pool table, restaurant shuffleboard, and in-room nespresso machine.

This area is still being developed so the river front view was not as nice as expected. Some construction and no grass, just dirt for example. The property is beautiful and new. The room door deadbolt lock did not line up with the lock hole which was a little unnerving, but the property felt safe. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, only lotion and face soap bar. The room was not restocked with coffee cups, but staff was very quick to give us some. There was times our room key and other guests keys would not work in the elevators. Also worth noting there is not a mircowave in the room. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, probably the highlight of the property. The location is great. All in all, I think there are some opportunities for improvement considering the price and you also have to pay for parking and there is no included breakfast. Would stay here again.
