everything was great, the only issue is that the hotel is separate buildings, so we had to drive to the lobby where breakfast was served. wouldn't be a very long walk outside, in decent weather though

First room had no cold water. Was told to let it run longer like I'm stupid. Finally got another room which was a definite downgrade but had hot water. Stayed 12 hours ish literally to sleep. Woke up. Cleaned the room threw all my trash in the trash can basically left the room spotless other than dirty towels, a messy bed and trash in the trash can. When I received my refundable deposit they charged me $60 for something I have no clue yet as I haven't been able to get anyone to answer with an explanation nor do I have any kind of final receipt. This place was a known drug spot for quite some time and all they did is put lipstick on a pig

Room had small spots of blood in couple places on wall and mirror, no microwave or mini fridge for cost of stay, eggs had parts of green tint to them , jar of peanut out for guests instead of individuals and most importantly.. daughters room door lock was broken, came back about 1am from event couldn’t get in room and management told them if they could not get a hold of the maintenance person there was nothing they could do till morning, which would have caused them not to have a place to sleep and all of their belongings locked in the room as well instead of offering them another room till morning went and ate breakfast after that situation was finally taken care of. Came back to get stuff to check out could not get in the room again because lock to door was broken.

Was a good value for the price on a sold out Dec weekend. We had a king size bed and it was very comfortable. We did not try the breakfast. No wash cloths, hair dryer and toilet paper and kleenex not replaced by housekeeping but the lady seemed sweet when I passed her in the hall and I could tell she was working hard. Room had a slight urine smell but we opened the window and let it air out. It was our 2nd time here and if the price stays the same we will gladly be back again when going to Kansas City.

cozy, clean room, lovely little breakfast, great staff! vending machines were a great perk. in an inconspicuous spot, great parking setup. only things to nitpick is the floor could have been vacuumed with a bit more attention, was however still clean! and the door to the room was a bit ornery, but wasn't unable to get into the room at any point. would book again if I find myself in that area of KC again :)

Tv didn’t work unless you threw the breaker. Vent in bathroom didn’t work and the rooms were cold when we arrived. The woman’s fixing breakfast did a great job and was very polite and maintenance guy was very nice
