The stafff was nice, but very few people around. The elevator had to be operated by the front desk person when we wanted to go up to our room. The first set of room keys didn’t work. Security in parking garage wasn’t great. Someone had spilled something And made a huge mess in front of the elevators- was hardly cleaned up the next morning. The breakfast, in the hotel was very nice however.

We checked in and the elevator call buttons didn’t work so the front desk staff had to use their elevator keys to take us upstairs. Once upstairs the key cards didn’t work for the room and we had to go downstairs to get new ones made. The 2nd set didn’t work either so they had to move us to another room. The room was decent but only had 3 bath towels for 4 staying in the room.

Very pleased with my stay! The front desk associate, Stephen, was probably one of the very best people I’ve come across while checking in for a stay.
