The room was nice and next to the hospital which I wanted, but the night person was not very nice at all. I went down twice to get pillows and a blanket and both times he was having a personal conversation on his phone and basically told me he couldn’t help me cause they didn’t have any. Then just went right back to his conversation. Very rude
